Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)
- Basic awareness of mould and die casting design and manufacturing is required
- Hands on experience in Creo, AutoCAD Related to Press tool.
- Faster Product refresh through proper planning and execution
- Process planning for new products including process capability.
- APQP, Time plan, Project Management and preparing project status for review- Related to press tool, Jig ,Fixtures
- Planning and monitoring of projects from RFQ to Handover
- Tool BOM preparation & Tool costing validation
- Good Knowledge Tool Room machining process -Wire cut, VMC, CNC, Grinding, Milling, drilling, hardening etc…
- Team handling -Leading 4-5 design team leaders
Competency (Candidate Profile)
- Diploma in Tool & Die making or a Diploma in Tool & Die making with Post Diploma in Tool Design should be considered
- 7+ years relevant experience in Design/Manufacturing of Press Tool, Jig, fixture ,gauges
- Good problem solving skills
- Proven expertise in leading design engineers 4-5 Nos
- Hands-on experience on Creo & AutoCAD 2000 mandatory
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good CFT Coordination
