Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage and coordinate our tendering processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting competitive bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Management: Oversee the entire tendering process from identifying opportunities to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
2. Documentation Preparation: Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive tender documents, including technical, commercial, and legal components, in line with client specifications
3. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on tender strategies
4. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new tender opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
6. Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks associated with tender submissions and propose mitigation strategies.
7. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all tender documents, submissions, and related communications for future reference and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in tender management, bid preparation, or a similar
- role.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, procurement procedures, and contract management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with
tender management software.effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to assess financial and technical information critically.Personal Attributes:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
