Role Overview
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. You will own the complete acquisition funnel—from generating awareness to driving app installs, website conversions, qualified leads, and revenue.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with the founders, product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable growth engines.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Acquisition
- Own and manage all paid marketing campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Search Ads
- Google Display Network
- Performance Max Campaigns
- YouTube Ads
- Google App Campaigns
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
App Growth
- Drive app downloads and user acquisition.
- Improve Cost Per Install (CPI), activation, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Scale profitable app acquisition campaigns.
Lead Generation
- Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads.
- Optimize campaigns to improve Cost Per Lead (CPL) and lead quality.
- Build and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Optimize landing pages and funnels.
- Conduct A/B tests on:
- Ad creatives
- Headlines
- Landing pages
- Calls-to-action
- Audience targeting
- Bidding strategies
Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Google Conversion Tracking
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch (preferred)
- Build dashboards and provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
Growth Strategy
- Develop quarterly growth plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new acquisition channels and opportunities.
- Experiment with emerging platforms and innovative growth tactics.
- Continuously improve marketing efficiency and return on investment.
Collaboration
- Partner with design, content, product, and engineering teams to launch campaigns and improve the customer journey.
- Work directly with leadership on growth initiatives and performance reviews.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong experience with app install campaigns.
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience marketing AI, SaaS, fintech, or mobile apps.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
