Urgent Requirement: Sales Executive (HoReCa & B2B Sales)

We are looking for a well-presented, dynamic, and Fluent English Speaking Sales Executive specializing in the HoReCa ( Hotels, Restaurants, & catering) and institutional segment. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by introducing and selling our premium brand snacks and gourmet products to Premium hospitality venues, luxury hotels, Fine-dining restaurants, bars, lounges Airlines, Railways & corporate caterers on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- HoReCa Market Penetration : lead B2B sales development by targeting 4 star/5-stars hotels, premium restaurants, bars, cafes, Luxury lounges, Airlines and Railways.
- Key Account Management: pitch premium brand products directly to Hotel Purchase managers, F&B Directors, Head Chefs and Housekeeping Heads for Guests rooms, minibars, and banquet requirements.
- Lead Generation & Closure: Identify new institutional leads present products samples, negotiate commercial terms and close high volume bulk contract deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with institutional clients to secure repeat orders and ensure seamless supply chain coordination.
Requirements:
- Professional Etiquette: Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional corporate etiquette.
- Communication: Fluent and polished English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Mobility: Confident in extensive field travel, cold-calling and face-to-face client Meetings across Delhi.
- Experience: Prior experience in HoReCa sales, Institutional B2B sales, Hotel sales procurement is highly preferred.
