Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
- Handle day-to-day operations on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and Myntra
- Ensure smooth functioning of listings, orders, returns, and account health
- Monitor platform policies and ensure compliance
2. Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points)
- Manage catalog (variations, attributes, images, size charts)
- Ensure listings are SEO-optimized for better visibility
3. Keyword Research & SEO
- Conduct keyword research for each platform
- Optimize listings using high-ranking keywords
- Track search trends and update listings accordingly
4. Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/team
- Prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch
5. Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
- Identify growth opportunities and underperforming products
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
6. Advertising & Promotions
- Run and optimize ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Plan deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Improve ROI and reduce ACoS
7. Competitor & Market Analysis
- Track competitor pricing, offers, and strategies
- Suggest pricing and positioning improvements
8. Account Health Management
- Maintain seller ratings and reviews
- Resolve customer complaints and returns issues
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines
