We are looking for a dedicated Accounts & Payments Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, payment follow-ups, vendor payments, billing records, and financial documentation for our EPC and construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Record Keeping
- Maintain accounting records, vouchers, invoices, bills, and ledgers.
- Record daily transactions in Tally Prime.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain updated financial records.
- Assist in monthly accounts closing and MIS reporting.
Billing & Payment Coordination
- Prepare and maintain customer invoices and payment records.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
- Maintain receivable and payable trackers.
- Coordinate vendor, supplier, and subcontractor payments.
Expense & Cash Management
- Maintain petty cash records and reconciliations.
- Track project-wise expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.
GST & Documentation
- Assist in GST, TDS, and accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and project-related documents.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Qualification
- B.Com (Accounts/Finance) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.
