We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who enjoys meeting new people, building long-term client relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
This is not a desk job. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, visiting businesses, understanding customer requirements, presenting our capabilities, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and relationship building.
- Visit corporate offices, industries, retail stores, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, real estate companies, and other commercial establishments.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable printing and branding solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, quotations, and customer interactions using CRM or reporting tools.
- Coordinate with the production and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
Preferred Experience
- 2-8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in printing, packaging, advertising, branding, corporate gifting, office supplies, FMCG, industrial sales, or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with daily field visits.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
