Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Coffee Maker / Barista to join the café team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coffee preparation, beverage service and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and other café equipment.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, including coffees, teas, frappes and specialty drinks.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, temperature and presentation.
- Handle customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and work area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and café SOPs.
- Check and maintain adequate stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other ingredients.
- Minimize wastage through proper portion control and storage.
- Handle billing/POS operations when required.
- Support the team during peak hours and maintain smooth café operations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic service concerns professionally.

Who Can Apply?
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience as a Coffee Maker, Barista, Senior Barista or Café Associate, particularly from premium cafés, coffee chains, hotels or restaurants, are encouraged to apply.
