We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Bengali Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate should be able to teach Bengali language and literature effectively while creating an engaging and positive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Bengali language and literature as per the academic curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Improve students’ reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and speaking skills in Bengali.
- Encourage students’ participation and maintain classroom discipline.
- Check notebooks, homework, classwork, and examination copies regularly.
- Support weak students through extra guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and revision before examinations.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, and academic activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Bengali or relevant subject.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and interact positively with students.
- Basic computer knowledge and online teaching skills will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
