Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, highly articulate, and experienced PGT English Teacher to handle senior secondary classes (Grades 11 & 12) in line with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate must possess an authoritative command of English literature, language mechanics, and advanced grammar, alongside proven capabilities in preparing students for board examinations.
Key Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Master's Degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university AND a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of active teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Grades 9–12) within a reputed CBSE-affiliated school.
- Language Proficiency: Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Competency in handling smart boards, digital learning tools, and online grading systems.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, structure, and execute engaging, curriculum-aligned English language and literature lessons for senior classes.
- Board Prep & Assessments: Design test series, mock exams, and creative assignments to mentor and prepare students comprehensively for CBSE Board Exams.
- Skill Development: Foster critical reading, analytical writing, fluid speaking, and deep text comprehension skills in students.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain daily lesson logs, track student progress metrics, organize parent-teacher meetings, and actively participate in co-curricular school events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
