Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Understand manpower requirements
· Prepare detailed Job Descriptions (JDs) for various positions.
· Post job openings on portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
· Source suitable candidates through multiple channels.
· Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Prepare candidate evaluation summaries and interview synopsis.
· Follow up with shortlisted candidates until successful joining.
· Coordinate offer letters and appointment letters.
HR Operations
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
· Prepare employment contracts, joining kits, and onboarding documents.
· Conduct employee induction and orientation.
· Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
· Ensure all employee files are complete and updated.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
· Assist in monthly payroll processing.
· Prepare payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
· Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
· Coordinate with payroll consultants/accounts team for timely salary processing.
Employee Lifecycle Management
· Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
· Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and documentation.
· Conduct exit interviews.
· Prepare Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
· Ensure smooth employee offboarding.
· Maintain HR databases and documentation.
· Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning.
· Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
· Perform other HR-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
· 2–5 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
· Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
· Working knowledge of payroll processing.
· Good understanding of PF, ESIC
· Experience in employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
