About the Role
We are looking for a Guest Experience Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant and professional personality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Ensure a seamless and positive guest experience throughout their visit.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Perform administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, guest relations, aviation, retail, customer service, or luxury services will be an added advantage.
