·· Strong expertise in BOQ, billing, measurement verification, and QA/QC standards
· Knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and construction methodologies
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
· Knowledge and practical experience in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) calculations
· Understanding of different survey techniques and their site applications
· Understanding of contracts, tendering, and rate analysis
· Strong documentation, reporting, and audit handling skills
· Ensure accuracy in contractor billing, site measurements, and documentation
· Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory requirements
