Draftsman

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and plans using CAD software. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to create drawings that meet project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes and project requirements.
- Interpret sketches, specifications, and engineering or architectural designs.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve design issues.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits when required to collect measurements and verify dimensions.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of drafting work.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of drafting experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 2D and 3D drafting.
- Knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
