Job Summary
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for clients visiting the clinic. The role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming customer experience while efficiently managing appointments, billing, patient records, and daily front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
- Register new clients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, dietitians, and other clinic staff for smooth patient flow.
- Process billing, collect payments, generate invoices, and maintain financial records.
- Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and appointment logs.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly or escalate when necessary.
- Promote wellness packages, membership plans, and clinic services when appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with clinic policies.
- Support administrative activities and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in front office, reception, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or customer service is an added advantage.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
