Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential schools for franchise partnerships.
- Coordinate franchise onboarding, documentation and agreement processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise schools.
- Support franchise partners in operations, branding, and compliance requirements.
- Track leads, prepare reports and assist in achieving franchise expansion targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in education sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for school visits and franchise meetings.
