Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in residential interior design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop residential interior design concepts and presentations.
* Prepare working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and project documentation.
* Create 3D visualizations and renderings using design software.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
* Monitor project execution and ensure quality standards are maintained.
* Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
* Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
* Minimum 5–8 years of experience in residential interior design.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and MS Office.
* Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
* Experience in client interactions, site coordination, and project execution.
* Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
* Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
