Key Responsibilities
- Asset Creation: Design visual content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print media such as brochures and banners.
- Brand Consistency: Help maintain established brand guidelines across all company visuals.
- File Preparation: Resize, format, and prep finalized designs for web upload or commercial printing.
- Team Support: Collaborate on concepts during brainstorming sessions and apply design team feedback to revisions.
- Trend Research: Stay up to date on modern design, typography, color theory, and social media visual trends. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. [1]
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW, as well as basic video editing tools (or Canva) depending on the role. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Portfolio: A strong digital portfolio or Behance link showcasing creative projects and design potential. [1]
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Must be eager to learn and receptive to constructive feedback. [1, 2]
