Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to handle client communication and support logistics coordination activities. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, coordinating with transport vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of shipments with timely updates and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for shipment execution
- Monitor ongoing trips and provide timely updates to clients
- Maintain accurate operational data, reports, and records using Excel
- Handle client queries, service requests, and issue resolution professionally
- Follow up on documentation, deliveries, and operational requirements
- Assist in planning and coordination of logistics operations
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
- Ability to multitask and manage coordination across stakeholders
- Prior experience in logistics coordination or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
