Job Description
ShivaayX Global Private Limited, operating under the brand name SupplementWaala, is looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting, billing, taxation and financial records.
The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation and inventory-related accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily sales, purchase, payment and receipt entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and manage invoices, e-invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
- Handle GST data, GST reconciliation and assist with GST return filing.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, cash and payment gateway reconciliation.
- Verify supplier bills, transport expenses and other business expenses.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory accounting records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Manage customer and vendor ledgers.
- Follow up on outstanding customer and vendor payments.
- Assist with TDS, income tax, audits and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with management, vendors and the company’s CA.
- Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, vouchers and financial documents.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, e-invoicing and basic taxation.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Knowledge of billing and inventory accounting.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle accounting tasks independently.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Candidates with experience in retail, e-commerce, wholesale or inventory-based businesses will be preferred.
