Job Summary
AVIT Lifestyle is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in luxury retail and HNI client management. The role involves leading high-value sales, managing store operations, and delivering a premium in-store experience across luxury mattresses, furniture, and lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle HNI and UHNI clients with a high level of professionalism
- Drive sales of luxury products including mattresses, furniture, and home solutions
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Guide and manage store staff for consistent customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for client servicing and follow-ups
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail
- Strong experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients
- Background in luxury mattresses, furniture, interiors, or similar categories preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality
- Ability to close high-value sales and manage client expectations
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of luxury consumer behavior
- Experience with premium or international brands
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
