Key Duties and Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Management
· Direct and supervise all dispatch operations, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipment execution of spices, oleoresins, essential oil, natural dye.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all outgoing orders
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dispatch activities
Logistics Coordination & Delivery Oversight
· Manage relationships with logistics partners, transport providers, and third-party vendors
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure adherence to committed timelines
- Implement route and cost optimization strategies to improve efficiency
Quality Assurance & Packaging Standards
- Ensure all dispatched products meet defined quality benchmarks.
- Oversee packaging processes to ensure alignment with brand standards and product safety requirements.
- Minimize damages, losses, and returns attributable to handling or packaging deficiencies.
Customer Experience & Feedback Management
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback related to delivery and packaging.
- Investigate service failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead, train, and develop operations and warehouse personnel.
- Define performance expectations and monitor team productivity.
- Evaluate and manage third-party service providers to ensure service excellence.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
