Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Domestic Inside Sales Manager for our domestic software sales process. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, revenue closure, and managing the complete inside sales cycle for EMR software solutions across the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate domestic leads through LinkedIn, CRM tools, social media platforms, references, and cold calling
- Handle the complete software sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct online product demos, presentations, and proposal discussions with clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
- Manage and guide inside sales executives
- Maintain sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business updates
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in domestic software sales is mandatory
- Experience in ERP, EMR, Hospital Software, HRMS, or SaaS sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Proven experience in target achievement and revenue closure
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
- Laptop mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
