We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive student admissions, generate revenue, and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, sales, and leadership skills with a passion for helping students achieve their career goals. The BDM will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, achieving admission targets, and mentoring the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct online and offline presentations, webinars, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, educational institutions, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and revenue using CRM software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor Business Development Executives (BDEs) to improve team productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
