Job Profile – Turner
A Turner operates lathe machines to manufacture and finish metal components according to engineering drawings and dimensions.
Responsibilities:
- Operating conventional/CNC lathe machine
- Turning, facing, threading, drilling and finishing work
- Reading engineering drawings
- Measuring components using Vernier, Micrometer etc.
- Maintaining dimensional accuracy and quality
- Tool setting and machine maintenance
- Following production and safety standards
Skills Required:
- Lathe machine operation knowledge
- Drawing reading knowledge
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Basic machine maintenance understanding
Qualification:
- ITI Turner preferred
- Experience in machine shop/manufacturing industry
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
