Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused Health Insurance Telecalling Executive to join our sales team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers through company-provided customer data/leads, understanding their health insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance plans, handling objections, conducting follow-ups, and converting interested customers into successful health insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers using company-provided customer data/leads.
- Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, features, and applicable terms to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable health insurance plans.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Convert potential customers into successful health insurance policy sales.
- Assist customers with the policy application and documentation process.
- Maintain daily calling and sales activity reports.
- Follow company guidelines and applicable insurance compliance requirements.
- Achieve the minimum monthly target of 10 successful policies, with an expected target of 10–12 policies per month.
Lead & Data Policy
- Company will provide customer data/leads for calling and sales activities.
- Candidates are not required to arrange personal leads or customer data.
- The candidate will be responsible for calling the provided customers and converting eligible prospects into successful sales.
- All customer data must be used strictly according to company policies and applicable data-protection requirements.
Calling Number Policy
- The company will provide the required calling number/contact facility.
- Candidates are not required to use their personal mobile number for customer calling.
- Customer communication must be conducted through the company-approved calling process.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance Sales, Health Insurance, Telecalling, or a related field is preferred/mandatory as per the hiring requirement.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and online applications.
- Previous telecalling/insurance sales experience will be preferred.
3-Day Trial Period
The candidate will undergo a 3-day performance-based trial period.
Trial Target
Minimum 1 Successful Health Insurance Policy Sale within 3 Days
Successful completion of the trial and achievement of the minimum trial target will be required for final selection.
During the trial, the candidate's:
- Sales ability
- Communication skills
- Customer handling
- Product understanding
- Follow-up ability
- Target achievement
will be evaluated.
Salary & Performance
Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 per month
Salary will be applicable as per company policy, applicable performance terms, and insurance project requirements.
Performance Target
- Minimum Monthly Target: 10 Policies
- Expected Monthly Target: 10–12 Policies
- Trial Target: Minimum 1 Sale in 3 Days
