End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Interview coordination and candidate communication
Employee engagement and HR operations
Attendance, leave, and documentation management
Maintaining professional workplace culture
Handling joining and exit formalities
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in HR operations and recruitment
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Professional and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and within teams
