About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineer / AI Trainer to join a leading academy in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to teach students practical AI tools, automation platforms, and modern software development technologies.
This role involves conducting both online and offline training sessions, mentoring students, developing course materials, and helping learners build industry-ready projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions.
- Teach AI tools and workflow automation platforms such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Google Gemini
- Microsoft Copilot
- Perplexity AI
- n8n
- Make (Integromat)
- Zapier
- Other emerging AI productivity tools
- Train students in AI automation, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development.
- Guide students in building real-world automation workflows and projects.
- Develop training materials, assignments, and project-based learning modules.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.
- Mentor students and evaluate their progress.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Experience with workflow automation using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, REST APIs, and integrations.
- Programming knowledge in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior teaching or technical training experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in AI application development or automation projects is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or automation are a plus.
Candidate Preference
- Candidates from Kozhikode and Malappuram are highly preferred.
- Must be willing to conduct both online and offline classes.
