As a TEAL-Lead 1 Control Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing the control engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the control engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of automation solutions for clients
- Develop and implement control engineering strategies and processes to improve efficiency and quality of work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in control engineering to ensure the company remains competitive
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all control engineering projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in control engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of control systems, PLC programming, and HMI design
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementation

- B.E./Diploma in – EEE, E&I and Mechatronics
Relevant Experience
- 2-6 years of experience in Machine Building and Automation Field

Knowledge
- Hands-on experience in ABB, Fanuc, KUKA robots and Vision guided robotics will be considered as added advantage.
- Integrate robot with peripherals such as Welding machines, Grippers, ATC, Machine Vision, Material Handling tools and other equipment.
- Safety protocols like Profisafe, DSC and Safety IO modules
- Familiarity with basics of global Industrial Robot standards and specifications, ANSI-RIA, IEC,etc.
- Communication protocols such as ProfiNet, Ethernet IP, CC-Link, Device Net and ProfiBus.
- Electricals, Pneumatics, Hydraulic, PLC, Servo, Vision, Robot, SCADA and other control systems
- Machine Testing and Commissioning in Automation Field
- Knowledge about electrical diagrams, product manuals, machine manuals
- Good Communication Skills.
- Mechanical Design and Electrical Controls Design.
- On time support to Customer during MQ1/MQ2 Process.
