About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. Fresh graduates and diploma holders with a passion for construction, project coordination, and site execution are encouraged to apply. This role offers hands-on exposure to civil works, project management, fabrication coordination, and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects.
- Conduct site visits and supervise day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare BOQs, project reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at site.
- Support material procurement and quantity estimation.
- Maintain project documentation and site records.
- Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship experience in construction or site supervision is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license.
