Prepare and manage 2D drawings, working plans, detailing, and revisions for residential, commercial, and healthcare projects. The role requires strong drafting discipline, coordination with engineers, and accurate drawing outputs for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D & 3D architectural & civil drawings: plans, elevations, sections, details
- Produce working drawings for site execution (RCC details, layout, levels, stair details, toilet details, etc.)
- Convert concept/sketch/site inputs into clean CAD drawings
- Handle revisions, updates, and drawing issue logs (version control)
- Coordinate with Site Engineers/PM for as-built updates and site clarifications
- Support estimation/BOQ team with drawing clarifications and area calculations
- Maintain proper drawing folders, title blocks, and print-ready formats (PDF/DWG)
Qualification & Experience
- BTech / ITI / Diploma (Civil / Draughtsman ship) / Equivalent experience
- Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with strong CAD skills can apply)
Skills Required
- Must be strong in AutoCAD
- Good understanding of building drawings and construction basics
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Word for drawing lists and documentation
- Experience in 3D (SketchUp / Revit) is an added advantage (not mandatory)
- Ability to work fast with high accuracy and meet deadlines
Working hours (You can choose from):
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 9:30 Am to 6:00 PM
