Job Purpose
Manage Inventory Funding portfolio, Working Capital, and Term Loans for the designated area. Source new acquisitions to enhance business and achieve the Bank's product leadership objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Acquisition
Source fresh Working Capital, Term Loan, and Bank Guarantee cases from dealers; Enhance existing limits based on dealer and OEM requests; Coordinate with product, credit, operations, and supply chain teams for limit approvals and releases; Manage dealer coordination and daily activities for Inventory Funding and Cash Credit limits; Documentation; Process legal documentation for Inventory Funding, Cash Credit, Term Loan, and Bank Guarantee agreements; Follow up with dealers for document collection during annual reviews; Portfolio Maintenance; Monitor accounts for bonafide transactions and compliance with UCFC/URC/LEI requirements; Ensure timely closure of deferrals and monitor accounts to prevent overdue status; Coordinate with stock monitoring teams, dealers, and auditors for stock audits; Collection and Recovery; Recover overdue amounts through retail conversion or direct payments; Cross Sell; Promote and sell bank products such as Fixed Deposits, Cards, Merchant Machines, Current Accounts, and Loans Against Property.
