Job Description:
We are looking for a Fresher Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users and assist with hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support to users.
- Install and configure Windows OS, software, and applications.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
- Configure email, system settings, and user accounts.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT assets and update support records.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior IT team.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in an IT support environment.
Qualification: Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech / Any IT-related qualification preferred.
