We are looking for a skilled Technical Staff with a strong CA background to join our Chartered Accountant firm.
Job Description:
As part of our technical team, you will handle a wide range of financial and auditing tasks while leveraging your expertise to support the firm’s operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, knowledgeable in accounting and taxation, and eager to work in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Role: GST Executive – End-to-End GST Compliance
- We are seeking a highly skilled GST Executive with a minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in an auditor’s office.
- The candidate should have practical working knowledge of GST registration, regular return filing, GST portal usage, invoice data preparation, ITC reconciliation, client coordination, and basic GST compliance procedures.
- This role is suitable for someone who has already worked on GST filing activities and is ready to take more responsibility in handling client GST compliance under proper guidance.
- Prepare, file, and manage all GST returns:
- GSTR-1, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation, GSTR-3B, GSTR-4, GSTR-5, GSTR-6, GSTR-7, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C
- Perform monthly/quarterly ITC reconciliation and supplier mismatch resolution
- Handle GST Refund Applications – for export, inverted duty, excess cash ledger, etc.
- Apply for and manage LUT filings (fresh and renewals for exporters/service providers)
- Coordinate with clients to gather invoices, input data, HSN summaries, etc.
- Stay updated with GST circulars, amendments, due date changes, and compliance risks
