Perform daily rounds and assess admitted patients. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and clinical progress of patients.- Implement treatment plans prescribed by consultants/specialists.- Respond to medical emergencies.- Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for patient care.- Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic procedures.- Ensure timely medication administration and follow-up.- Prepare discharge summaries and patient reports.- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment and care plans. Take preaprations & assist in Procedures.
