Role Overview:
We are looking for a versatile .NET Developer with strong experience in C#, Python or PowerShell, MS SQL, and prompt query development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to AI agents or AI-driven automation tools and will work on building, automating, and optimizing solutions that combine traditional software engineering with emerging AI capabilities.
This role involves application development, workflow automation, AI agent integration, and improving overall system efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C# with .NET / .NET Core.
- Build automation scripts, tools, and integrations using Python or PowerShell.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain MS SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, and database models.
- Create, test, and refine prompt queries for AI systems, LLMs, or internal automation tools.
- Develop or integrate AI agents into workflows to enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and systems.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and engineering best-practice initiatives.
- Document technical designs, implementations, and operational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software quality guidelines.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET / .NET Core ecosystem.
- Experience with Python or PowerShell for scripting, automation, or data processing.
- Solid knowledge of MS SQL, including query writing and performance tuning.
- Experience crafting prompt queries for AI systems such as LLMs, chatbots, or automation engines.
- Understanding of AI agents, AI orchestration tools, or workflow automation platforms.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks or agent orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, ReAct-style agents).
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
- Exposure to container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of secure coding and application lifecycle management.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile or collaborative team environment.
