About the Role
General Analytic is looking for an E-Commerce Executive to handle daily e-commerce operations, product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and sales tracking across online platforms. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Note: Candidates with strong communication skills, good Microsoft Excel knowledge, and typing speed of 35 WPM or above are also eligible for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations
- Create and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing
- Maintain catalog and inventory updates
- Track sales performance and operational reports
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Handle listing errors and product updates
- Prepare MIS reports using Excel
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations
- Good typing speed (35 WPM preferred)
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
