Edzeb Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Google & Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in scaling and optimizing paid campaigns with a minimum managed budget of ₹15 Lakhs on Google Ads and ₹10 Lakhs on Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently (₹15L+ on Google Ads and ₹10L+ on Meta Ads)
- Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI improvement
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new ad formats
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience handling high-budget ad campaigns (₹15L+ Google Ads & ₹10L+ Meta Ads)
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, and paid social strategies
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel setup
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
- Experience in EdTech or Lead Generation campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
