Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome guests, assist with menu choices, answer questions about ingredients, and process special requests.
- Order Taking & POS: Accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system and process cash, digital, or card payments.
- Food Assembly & Packing: Package takeaway orders, prepare basic beverages, and ensure orders are delivered quickly and correctly to the customer.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Adhere to strict food safety guidelines, clean counter spaces, and maintain a well-groomed personal appearance.
- Inventory & Stocking: Monitor counter supplies, restock packaging materials, and refill condiments.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Education & Experience: Minimum 10th pass; previous QSR or food service experience is a strong advantage.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills (local language and English) to interact clearly with patrons and team members.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with POS systems, digital payment apps, and food aggregator apps.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in fast-paced environments, and handle rotational shifts or weekends.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
