YOUR TASKS
Job Description:
1 To meet the daily production target on production line shopfloor.
2 Co coordinating with PPC for the daily production
3 To check the Material availability on the shop floor
4 Aligning of Dispatch Plan with PPC for Internal Production Plan
5 Must keep all the records update & must face all the Audit & Visits
6 Responsible for Skill matrix Upgradation
7 Close coordination with Manufacturing engineering for new projects
8 Resource planning for production including consumables & manpower.
9 Cycle time improvement od assembly line along with industrial engineering.
10 Responsible for OEE of the production.
11 Knowledge of SAP is must
12 Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
13 Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
14 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training
15 Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
16 Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers
17 Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices
18 Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects
19 Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders
20 Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
21 Well versed with IATF 16949
22 Understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools like KANBAN, 7 waste, 5S, KAIZEN etc.
23 Knowledge of line balancing and cycle time improvements
24 Contribute to continuous improvement activities
25 Quality control of work by appropriate reviews
26 Support and lead process improvement activities
27 Lead and/or support technicians and trainee engineers
28 Train people within own work group
29 Supervise sub-contractors
30 Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers
31 Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- B-Tech – Mechanical Engineering / Electronics

7 Years to 10 Years of experience
- Industry Type: Automotive

Should have good presentation skills, communication skills.
