Job Role – Melting Supervisor
- Supervise material receiving, sampling, and weighing activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved SOPs and safety standards.
- Monitor material preparation and melting operations.
- Coordinate with the Quality team for sample testing and process approval.
- Maintain accurate production, heat-wise, and inventory records.
- Verify production data and ensure timely reporting.
- Supervise final product and by-product handling and weighing.
- Conduct daily physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure efficient furnace utilization, process discipline, and achievement of production targets.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
