Job Description:
Solidus Techno Power is hiring an O&M Site Engineer for our ground-mounted solar power plant at Abohar, Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for plant performance monitoring, preventive & breakdown maintenance, safety compliance, and team coordination at site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor plant generation, PR, CUF, and availability via SCADA
- Operate and maintain central inverters, along with modules, tracker/fixed-tilt structures, transformers, and switchgear
- Manage vegetation control, module cleaning, and site housekeeping across the ground-mounted array
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct daily toolbox talks
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for repairs and AMC
- Maintain daily/monthly generation and maintenance reports
- Supervise site technicians and support staff
Required Skills:
- Hands-on knowledge of Central Inverters (troubleshooting, maintenance, and operation)
- Knowledge of ground-mount solar PV systems, SCADA, and electrical protection
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical ability
- Willingness to work in shifts at site location
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Candidates local to Abohar/Punjab preferred
Salary: As per industry standards

Education : B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical, Diploma in Any Specialization
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
