Senior SEO Executive – Job Description
Experience: 2–4+ years (Team Leader)

Profile Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior SEO Executive with strong practical knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling multiple SEO projects, developing effective SEO strategies, analyzing website performance, and improving organic rankings and traffic.
What Will You Do:
- Execute complete SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
- Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement On-Page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, content optimization, URL structure, and internal linking.
- Conduct Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, redirects, broken links, sitemap, robots.txt, website structure, and mobile optimization.
- Execute Off-Page SEO activities including link building, guest posting, outreach, citations, and backlink analysis.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall website performance.
- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics to identify SEO opportunities.
- Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other relevant tools.
- Analyze competitors and identify new keyword and content opportunities.
- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Troubleshoot ranking drops, indexing issues, traffic fluctuations, and other SEO problems.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Guide junior SEO executives when required and review their SEO work.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Skills Required:
- Strong practical knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Advanced understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of HTML basics, website structure, crawling, indexing, and technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of link-building and backlink analysis.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and develop effective strategies.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
