Vikram Readymix Concrete Co. is looking for experienced Senior Engineers with strong exposure to industrial construction projects and concrete operations. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, project execution, quality monitoring, and ensuring smooth concrete placement activities across our RMC operations and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate industrial construction activities at project sites
- Monitor concrete pouring, placement, and quality requirements
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and plant teams
- Ensure project execution as per drawings and specifications
- Prepare progress reports and site documentation
- Monitor safety and quality compliance at site
- Resolve site-related technical issues
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in industrial construction projects
- Knowledge of concrete technology and site execution is mandatory
Skills Required
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of industrial construction practices
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to handle project deadlines and site challenges
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, emails)
