Experience :
- – More than 8 years’ Experience in Sales Field Preferred.
- – Target based salary plus incentive.
- – Responsible to achieve the sales targets.
- – Sales-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented/target-driven.
- – Develop broker network and cooperate with them.
- – To manage the business development team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the business plan.
- – Ensure revenue for the Company. Team handling, Relationship building, Revenue Generation & Sales Management.
- – Responsible for Sales and Marketing.
- – Selling New builder projects (Residential) to new and existing customers.
- – Follow-up with existing leads.
- – Site visit and negotiation.
- – Excellent communication in Local Language.
- – Ability to handle More than 20 Sales Person.
- – Candidates from Real Estate Industry is Preferred.
