About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our Interior Architecture & Design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and managing Commercial, Corporate, Hospitality, Office, and Mixed-Use Interior Projects from concept development through execution. The candidate should possess excellent design sensibilities, project management skills, and the ability to lead client interactions and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, space planning solutions, and design presentations.
- Prepare design drawings, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed working drawings.
- Lead projects from concept design to execution and project handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Review and approve material selections, furniture specifications, finishes, and fixtures.
- Prepare BOQs, project documentation, and design specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
- Proven experience in Commercial, Corporate, Hospitality, Office, Retail, and Workplace Interior Projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design and executed projects.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation tools.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or 3ds Max is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and interior fit-out processes.
- Excellent space planning and design detailing skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management skills.
