Job Summary
The Draftsman (Mechanical) will be responsible for preparing and maintaining engineering drawings for pressure vessels and heat exchangers, supporting fabrication activities, preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), and maintaining engineering documentation to ensure smooth manufacturing and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Design Support
- Prepare 2D engineering drawings for pressure vessels and heat exchangers using AutoCAD.
- Create and update fabrication and manufacturing drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop basic 3D models whenever required.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and aligned with engineering specifications.
BOM & Documentation Management
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) in ERP.
- Maintain drawing revision records and document status updates.
- Update and manage engineering documents and ERP records.
- Ensure proper documentation control and record maintenance.
Manufacturing & Fabrication Support
- Support manufacturing and fabrication activities through accurate drafting and drawing updates.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for drawing-related clarifications.
- Assist in maintaining engineering standards and drafting quality.
Required Technical Knowledge
- Basic Mechanical Engineering Concepts
- CAD/CAM Fundamentals
- Basic Understanding of Fabrication Processes
- Basic Understanding of Manufacturing Processes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
