Job Title: F&B Supervisor
Location: Powai, Mumbai (Mumbai candidates are prefer)

Job Summary:
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the restaurant/service area, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and managing the team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant and service operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance.
- Allocate duties and supervise the F&B team during shifts.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions as required.
- Train and guide team members on service standards and SOPs.
- Prepare shift reports and maintain operational records.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
