About the Role
CricTracker Private Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the company's accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, maintain accurate financial records, support business decision-making through financial analysis, and manage financial operations related to clients and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
* Manage the complete accounting function, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Maintain books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
* Conduct monthly and year-end closing activities.
* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
* Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
* Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Payroll Management
* Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
* Calculate salaries, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, bonuses, and Full & Final Settlements.
* Coordinate payroll with HR while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
* Manage employee payroll records and salary revisions.
Statutory Compliance
* Ensure timely compliance with:
* Provident Fund (PF)
* Employees' State Insurance (ESIC)
* Professional Tax (PT)
* Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
* Goods and Services Tax (GST)
* Income Tax provisions
* Labour law-related financial compliances
* Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
* Coordinate with consultants and government authorities whenever required.
Taxation
* Prepare and review GST returns.
* Handle TDS deductions, payments, reconciliations, and return filings.
* Assist in Income Tax compliance.
* Ensure timely payment of statutory liabilities.
* Support statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
* Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
* Process vendor invoices and payments.
* Maintain vendor reconciliations.
* Ensure timely payment to vendors and service providers.
* Monitor credit terms and cash flow.
Client & Partner Agency Management
* Handle financial transactions and reconciliations with clients.
* Coordinate billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
* Manage accounts and settlements with partners gencies / Companies, and vendors.
* Prepare revenue reports and reconcile client billing.
* Resolve financial queries from clients and partner agencies.
* Maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
Compliance & Audit
* Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
* Maintain documentation required for audit purposes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
* Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls.
Financial Planning & Analysis
* Prepare annual budgets and departmental budgets.
* Monitor budget utilization and cost control.
* Conduct variance analysis.
* Present financial insights to management.
* Support business expansion through financial planning.
Process Management
* Develop and improve accounting processes.
* Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
* Coordinate with HR, Operations, Legal, Sales, and Management on finance-related matters.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
* Expertise in Payroll Processing.
* Thorough understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
* Experience in handling statutory audits.
* Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning.
* Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
* Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
* Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Functions, MIS Reporting).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA, CA (Inter), CMA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) are welcome.
* 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
* Prior experience in media, advertising, digital, or service-based companies will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
