Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience with DRO systems and lathe operations (manual).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-precision parts.
- Basic maintenance skills for machine upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathe machines (manual) with DRO systems for turning operations.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining processes and material requirements.
- Select and install appropriate tools and materials for the lathe operation.
- Monitor machine performance, adjust settings for optimal results, and ensure precise measurements are maintained.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet quality and tolerance requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure continuous operation.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings and adjustments.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with machinery and noise.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
